Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on boswin. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and boswin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on boswin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the boswin platform. This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the boswin Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. boswin strictly prohibits use by individuals under 21. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
The Platform is operated and marketed for members across the Indonesian archipelago, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bali, Makassar, Palembang, and all other Indonesian provinces. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your place of residence. boswin makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in any particular jurisdiction.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or associated household — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. boswin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice and to forfeit any Bonus Balance associated with them.
Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of boswin or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a Member account or participate in any promotional offer without prior written consent from boswin management.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account and must promptly update it upon any change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. boswin will never ask for your password by email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify boswin immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
boswin reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the member journey, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting the following:
KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard WIB business hours. You will be notified of the outcome via email. boswin may request additional documents at its discretion.
If boswin is unable to satisfactorily verify your identity, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing, restrict Account functionality, or close the Account entirely. Deposited funds in a closed unverified account will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.
boswin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following verified local channels:
boswin does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or foreign currency transfers. All account balances are denominated in IDR.
Deposits made during WIB banking hours are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes of confirmed transfer. Deposits made outside banking hours or during national public holidays may experience delays. boswin does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to KYC-verified accounts within 15 minutes during WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside this window are queued and processed when banking services resume. boswin does not charge a withdrawal fee. Inter-bank transfer fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. boswin reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal to a payment method that differs from the deposit source.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. boswin may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant account balances after written notification. Members are encouraged to contact support to reactivate a dormant account at no charge.
New Members aged 21 and above who complete KYC verification are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rp 2.000.000 on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to the Bonus Balance within one (1) hour of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
Before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance may be transferred to Real-Money Balance and withdrawn, the following rollover requirements must be met:
All bonuses must be claimed within seven (7) calendar days of being credited to the Bonus Balance. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any incomplete rollover at the end of this period results in the Bonus Balance being removed without compensation.
All sports wagering on boswin — including standard match result markets, Asian handicap (voor bola, the spread-style handicap format widely used in Indonesia), mix parlay accumulators, over/under totals, and live in-play betting — is governed by the official rules of the relevant sport as administered by its governing body (FIFA, UEFA, INASGOC, BWF, etc.). In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as declared by the event's governing body is final and binding.
Live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers are subject to the house rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round stands as determined by the game server. boswin will not void or re-settle wagers on the basis of a Member's internet disconnection.
All slot titles available on boswin — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited to ensure provably fair outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets available on boswin use official draw results from internationally recognized lottery pools. Draw schedules and result times are displayed within the game interface in WIB. boswin accepts no liability for delays in result publication caused by the external lottery operator.
Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering) markets available on boswin are streamed from licensed arenas. Bets are settled on the outcome of the declared winner (Meron or Wala — the two designated sides in a bout) as announced by the arena referee. In the event a bout is declared a draw or cancelled, all bets on that bout are voided and stakes returned.
If a sporting event, game round, or lottery draw is cancelled, postponed beyond forty-eight (48) hours from its scheduled start time, or declared void by the event organizer, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Real-Money Balance within 24 hours.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boswin Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the boswin Platform — including but not limited to the boswin name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, written content, software code, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of boswin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorization from boswin is strictly prohibited.

boswin makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. boswin shall not be liable for any losses — including lost wagers, missed promotional opportunities, or consequential financial losses — arising from Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boswin's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
boswin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if boswin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Agreement limits boswin's liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Games supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, Pocket Games Soft, and others) are operated under those providers' own software and RNG systems. boswin acts as a distribution platform for these games and is not responsible for software malfunctions, errors, or connectivity issues originating within third-party game engines.
Any Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting boswin support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold (Rp 100.000) will be returned to the Member's verified bank account within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.
boswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a material breach by the Member, boswin reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, boswin will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may be obligated by law to freeze and report the Account balance without releasing funds to the Member.
boswin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full. In summary, boswin uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience. boswin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
boswin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the registered Account address, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
boswin operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boswin holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, conducted in the English language.
Members located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legal development, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with Indonesian law before registering or placing wagers on the Platform. boswin makes no warranty regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific Indonesian province or municipality.
